Being a direct manufacturer, importer, and distributor, we have some of the lowest reseller pricing in the industry. Because of our great pricing strategy and high quality, we require that any retailer interested in selling our products has a South African ID number or valid PASSPORT with a valid permit. CONDITIONS OF SALE & TERMS OF PAYMENT

→ All prices are exclusive or inclusive of VAT as per the price list.

→ Settlement terms are strictly C.O.D or EFT or Credit/Debit Card

→ Quantities of different products may vary/change according to different client’s orders. Therefore, we will notify you about exact quantities available in the stock (AS PER YOUR ORDER)

→ Prices quoted are delivered by us only in the Johannesburg area (Free of Charge). Courier charges will be applied on each order outside of the Johannesburg area (TC Applies).

→ As reseller client please registered yourself and start placing your first order, we will verified you as reseller client via phone call or email and process your order immediately. In case of unverified then first order MOQ is R8000 or buying as our retail client.

→ All outside areas pay full cost for courier.

→ A 15% handling charge will apply to items returned that were correctly supplied by us.

→ Our terms do not include “SALE OR RETURN” NO CONSIGNMENT – Exchange within 7 working days only.

→ We will replace items that are defective at the time of order delivery. We are not responsible for damages after delivery has been effective within 7 working days.

→ Please notify us of any damages/breakages within 48 hours. We may ask that damaged goods are returned to us at our expense.

→ Reseller prices will be applicable on the purchase of bulk order quantities.

→ We pack securely and therefore guarantee against any damages; however, packages must be inspected immediately upon receipt and any problems noted on the invoice/delivery note or we may not entertain our claims.

→ Products remain the property of (RATCHERSONS TRADING CC) until paid in full.

→ A Customer will receive an order quotation or sales order upon confirmation on the website. The final and actual Performa invoice will be issued to the customer directly from the company on basis of available order quantities.

→ Please allow 3 to 5 working days for arrangements of your order.
